Was founded in 2004, Yassepidvash is one of Iranian key suppliers in the field of food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic raw materials. According to Euromonitor, retail sales for Table Sauces category in India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey in 2021 were CHF 2.6 billion or 730,000 Mt, and the category has been growing at 5% per annum. Sauces have become more popular in recent years as consumers started to cook more at home during lockdowns. This, in turn, has accelerated the need for flavour excitement and experimentation by consumers seeking to reduce monotony in their meals.
